Assassin's Creed Unity: All sequence Save Data And Trainer

So I completed the entire game a while ago but it's clear that some missions are really tricky which require high fighting skills and stealth and not to mention Lockpicking! It can get tough at times and if you are playing the game for the story, then you can't event get to know the full story.
