Dragon Ball Super may soon be coming to an end.
According to Japanese site Sanspo (via Kotaku), the fifth anime in the beloved Dragon Ball series is, for now, concluding this March. Fuji TV has said a new TV production is currently TBA. But, it did also state "it’s like not the series is finished." It's unclear if this refers to the overall Dragon Ball series or the Dragon Ball Super anime in particular.
Created by Akira Toriyama, Dragon Ball Super made its debut in 2015 and follows Goku and his friends after they bring peace to Earth by defeating Majin Buu.
New episodes of Dragon Ball Super air on Crunchyroll Saturday evenings at 8:15pm PT/ET. Adult Swim airs the English dub at Saturday evenings at 10:30pm PT/ET. The series is also available to watch on FunimationNOW and Amazon Video.
